Primeras impresiones de los Microsoft Tech Days {Intro}.
Tech Days, Evolution Show, o Heroes happen here. No importa como me refiera a ello, lo cierto es que dos días después todavía me dura la resaca. Estoy esperando el parón del fin de semana (calçotada de por medio) para coger aire, digerir estos dos días en Madrid, y ofrecer una crónica de lo visto y oido.
Estoy madurando todavía cómo escupir la lluvia de ideas que me ha provocado el evento, pero el primer resumen es que ha sido una auténtica inyección de energía, optimismo y motivación. Para mí que soy todavía una novata, es genial poder conocer de primera mano la experiencia de la gente que sabe mucho de lo que a mi más me gusta y que me ayudan a hacer que mi trabajo, sea mejor.
Estoy contenta con muchas de las charlas a las que he asistido. Parafraseando a Miguel con su division del cerebro en lógico y en emocional, debo decir que el corazoncito me tiraba a ver las charlas de David y de Miguel, porque en su día fueron mis cicerones, y porque aun teniendolos más por la mano, siempre consiguen aportarme eso que a veces cuesta tanto conseguir: la motivación y la pasión. Y en la parte lógica, confieso que tenía las expectativas altas, sobre todo habiendo asistido a otras charlas de Luis (quien me ha ayudado mucho a incorporar TFS en nuestro día a día y con quien pude compartir unos brindis) , de Bruno (que aunque no lo conozco personalmente le sigo puntualmente en su blog), y de Rodrigo del que tenía buenísimas referencias y que me conquistó también desde el minuto 0. Admito que los tres chicos Team System han abierto la caja de pandora, de la que ha salido un huracán de ideas que ya he puesto en conocimiento de mi jefe. El jueves llegué como un vendaval a la oficina, a pesar de haber dormido 4 horas, y el jefe, bromeando, me ha dicho que no me va a volver a dejar marchar, porque cada vez que asisto a un evento de estos vuelvo con demasiadas buenas ideas que nos dan mucho trabajo.
En los próximos días, intentaré hacer un buen resumen de lo visto / oido en las sesiones, especialmente en las de ALM que son las que más valor aportan a mi día a día. Creo que será una buena motivación para hacer el verdadero kick-off de mi devlog y dar a conocer a la gente de raona que no pudo asistir al evento.
